NoGag is made from a patented ratio of salt and citric acid.  It is governed under FDA Part 182, GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) Common Food Substances.  There are no contraindications, warnings, age restrictions, or allergens. There is no gluten, dyes, or fillers. NoGag is non numbing. 

1. Open the single-serving packet of NoGag. You can tear this open at the end-notching.
2. Pour all the contents of the packet, about a penny's worth (0.5g), on the top 1/3 anterior of the tongue.  For the consumer, this means the top tip of your tongue.
3. Retract your tongue for 10 seconds.  The NoGag + saliva solution will interact with Nerve 9 in the mouth.
